Peak to Peak Nutrition is stoked to be in-network with most Cigna and Aetna health care plans. Most health care plans cover at least a few nutrition sessions with no out-of-pocket cost to you. If you would like to use your health insurance benefits to cover the cost of 1:1 sessions, please indicate this in your application and I will reach out with next steps to verify your benefits.

60-Minute Nutrition Session

For athletes who want clarity and actionable guidance. In 60 minutes, we’ll tackle your nutrition questions, review your current plan, and create practical strategies you can implement right away.

This option is ideal if you’re looking for:

  • A focused nutrition audit or second opinion

  • Guidance around fueling, performance, labs, or supplements

  • Help troubleshooting a specific concern without ongoing support

Can be booked as a single visit or as the first visit in a 4- or 8-session package for longer-term support.

$175

SLIDING SCALE rates available starting at $88.

4-Session Package

For athletes who want structure over multiple sessions without a long-term commitment. Over four sessions, we can work on specific goals, troubleshoot challenges, and refine strategies to optimize your health and performance.

This option is ideal if you’re looking for:

  • Support for stress fractures or bone health concerns (without active eating disorder/disordered eating)

  • Performance plateaus or fueling adjustments

  • Lab interpretation, managing new medical diagnoses, or short-term recovery support post-injury

$499

SLIDING SCALE rate available starting at $249.

8-Session Package

For athletes who need deeper, ongoing support. Eight sessions allow time to address complex patterns, build sustainable habits, and support both health and performance over the long term.

This option is ideal if you’re looking for:

  • Support with eating disorders or disordered eating

  • Guidance for REDs, chronic underfueling, or menstrual dysfunction

  • Management of recurrent stress fractures, low bone density, or long-standing GI issues

  • Time and accountability to make sustainable behavior changes

$799

SLIDING SCALE rates available starting at $399.

Payment plans available.

Which Package is Right for You?

  • Single session: perfect for clarity, a one-off question, a targeted check-in, or if you’re not sure where to start

  • 4 sessions: best for focused goals with structured follow-up

  • 8 sessions: ideal when nutrition support involves medical complexity, behavior change, or long-term support

If you’re actively dealing with an eating disorder, the 8-session package is strongly recommended as a starting point.

What Athletes are Saying

  • Alyssa was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Because of my time with her, I’m confident in my ability to make wise nutritional choices going forward and to have the knowledge base that allows me to adapt in the future, as needed. Working with Alyssa was certainly one of the best investments that I've made in myself.

    Tom, runner

  • I have been blown away by Alyssa's ability to understand my needs as an athlete and bring my nutrition both on and off the bike to its maximum potential. In optimizing my racing and training strategies I always want to have the latest scientific research backing up my approach. Alyssa delivers on all fronts with clear and detailed reasoning behind every adjustment suggested. After working together for just a few sessions I have noticed significant improvements in training quality and recovery. We were also able to make major corrections to my nutrition off the bike which resulted in a much happier gut and mind. If anyone is interested in making the most out of their diet and fueling, Alyssa is my first recommendation. I cannot thank her enough for the gains I've experienced.

  • I’ve been working with Alyssa for 4 months and she has been an amazing part of my support team! ...

    Vanessa, runner

  • ...I’m an avid runner, but I’ve also struggled with an eating disorder and chronic injuries for years. It took me a long time to reach out for help to start healing my relationship with food, but I’m so glad I did because Alyssa has been so understanding, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Extra bonus points for the fact that she’s anti-diet! I know how triggering it can be to get lectured about fad diets and weight loss, but Alyssa is the complete opposite and will help you give yourself grace to live your life without restrictions...

    Vanessa, runner

  • ...After a month or so of weekly nutrition counseling and challenging my food rules, my hunger cues returned, which was a huge kickstart to my recovery, and each session we’ve continued to build upon the previous one with new knowledge and skills. I’ve learned so much from Alyssa in such a short amount of time - how to reframe thoughts around food/body image, how to fuel adequately for running and injury recovery/prevention, how to build balanced meals, and how to trust my body to tell me what it needs (just to name a few)...

    Vanessa, runner

  • ...I honestly never thought I could make so much progress, but Alyssa has helped make it possible. I would highly recommend her to all athletes, especially if you’re looking for someone who truly listens to you and meets you where you’re at with a customized program to fit your needs.

    Vanessa, runner

  • Prior to working with Alyssa I would get exhausted during long trail runs. I thought I was fueling effectively, but after reviewing my food intake with Alyssa I found out I wasn’t eating nearly enough. On my next all day effort, I took twice the amount of food and felt strong all day.

    Sam, ultrarunner

  • Thank you so much for your help. It was a FANTASTIC race, and I ended up cutting 25 minutes off my run time! I’m confident it’s due to the nutrition plan that you helped me with (I followed it VERY closely). It was a huge help, thank you!

    Courtney, triathlete

  • 10/10 would recommend!

  • Alyssa gave me the knowledge and helped me make habits for training, the mountains and at home. She navigated medical challenges with INR levels and high blood pressure while also being very thoughtful of my texture challenges and phobia of slimy gross vegetables. And best of all she empowered my desire to eat mass quantities of potatoes!
